Cilia Flow

Coral polyps sport tiny hair-like appendages called cilia, which they beat rhythmically in the water. Researcher used fluorescent beads to track the flow of water around coral polyps, finding mixing that is perpendicular to the water surface. This fluid motion may enhance photosynthesis and protect the coral from nasty microbes.

I don’t remember most of it, but I spilled my gut to the friends of someone I care about. I described how friendships are the most important, and that I can’t be selfish. I am a romantic-and I know it. I do remember that his friends told me I was, “incredibly unselfish, but he had made up his mind a long time ago”. You know that is wonderful in the long run! I will be fine, and I will find someone who will cares about me just as much as I care about them. People can decide their fates, and they can find the right combination to perfection. So, a beautiful blooming friendship of understanding takes form. It was nice knowing that I did the right thing, but I’m still a permeable soul. ouch.
